这节课采用的听的方法与过去不同，过去都是在每一遍将全部音频听完后再拼接句子，过程中不暂停，只边听边记，但今天我尝试了这样的方法，第一遍时不暂停，边听边记，理解句子大意。但在第二遍至第四遍时，我会在对话中设立暂停点，不是听一两个词暂停一次，而是根据句子结构一段一段的暂停，比方说在 and 与 and 之间暂停，一句话如果不是太长也暂停，因此这节课写出来的内容明显比过去多了，而且句子意思的理解也更全面了。当然，这是取巧的一种方法，在日常交流中，哪能让对方暂停呀。但由于我目前待改进处太多，即便只是 intermediate level，也难以把握得好，只能先从简易处入手，先试着实现小句小句的听读完美，才能进一步追求多句的听读完美。

句子意思大体上是，地区的警署官员已经调查了这个谋杀案几个月了，警察保存着他们在寻找受害者时的各种犯罪证据，试图去推断她身上究竟发生了什么事。

批改 ：

错误原因 ：

1. 词汇上，mum, confidential 不认识；
2. 听力原因，其实speaker 讲的还是比较清晰的，不过 details 和 try to identify 都没听出来

词汇 ：

Buckingham Palace → 白金汉宫，英国女王居住的地方

stay mum about → 对... 保持沉默。means to stay silent about something

• not commonly used in US, but commonly used in UK. 美国不常用这样的表达，但英国常用

case → 案件。when dealing with law situations, it's often used. 在法律场景中很常用。

confidential → means secrete. 保密的，机密的

• （柯林斯词典）Information that is confidential is meant to be kept secret or private.

发音 ：

police → 发音为 /pəˈliːs/ ，而不是 /pəʊˈliːs/ ，与 please（/ˈpliːz/） 发音很像

关于 try to 中 to 的发音问题：

1. 当 to 后面紧跟着的单词开头是元音时，发 /ˈtuː/ 的音；
2. 当 to 后面紧跟着的单词开头是辅音时，发 /tə/ 或 /d/ 的音。

speaker 的发音比较清晰，其中对我来说有些混乱的是 many details，闭上眼睛听的时候总会听成 manager tails ，其他部分在知晓答案后都能听出。

句子中箭头含义

为了把握长句子的节奏，自己总结了一些用箭头分隔句子，表示音调的方法（供参考，大家可以创造适用于自己的）：

• 句子开头的音调以中等音调开始，不高不低；
• → 表示箭头前方的部分音调不变化；
• ↗ 表示在箭头前一个单词处音调上升到最高；
• ↘ 表示在箭头前一个单词处音调下降到最低；
• ↕ 表示此处停顿一会儿，然后以中等音调开始；
• ↑ 表示先停顿，然后下一个单词以高音调开头；
• ↓ 表示先停顿，然后下一个单词以低音调开头；
