Daily Dictation 20
- The next video is also about an accident, an accident involves a plane, which is called ultralight plane, and a Ferris wheel(摩天轮).
- ultralight plane
- Ferris wheel
Saturday, there's an ultralight plane hit the Ferris Wheel, but thank god nobody on the Ferris wheel gets hurt.
→ 【边听边记】 crushed into Aus, somehow, no one on the amusement ride
Saturday, an ultralight plane crushed into the Ferris Wheel in xxx, Australia, but somehow nobody on the amusement ride gets hurt.
→ 【边听边记】 xxx festival, nor the plane was - 【然后完善】 Saturday, an ultralight plane crushed into the Ferris Wheel on xxx festival in Australia, but somehow nobody on the amusement ride nor the plane was hurt.
→ 【边听边记】 had a rural festival - Saturday, an ultralight plane crushed into the Ferris Wheel where had a rural festival in Australia, but somehow nobody on the amusement ride nor the plane was hurt.
Saturday, an ultralight plane crushed 【crashed】 into the 【a】 Ferris Wheel where had 【at】 a rural festival in Australia, but 【yet】 somehow nobody 【no one】 on the amusement ride nor the plane was hurt.
- a 听成了 the;
- at 听成了 had,其实是没有听到 where 的,只是为了语法上的完整补充了 where;
- yet 听成了 but;
- no one 听成了 nobody;
- 词汇原因,没有理解 crash into 和 crush into 的区别;
- crash into 指的是一个运动的物体撞击另一个运动的物体;
- crush into 指的是通过施加巨大的压力将某物碾碎、挤压;
Saturday, an ultralight plane crashed into a Ferris Wheel at a rural festival in Australia, yet somehow no one on the amusement ride nor the plane was hurt.
ultralight plane → basically means a very small, personal, private, light plane.
rural → the opposite will be urban, urban menas a metropolitan (大都市的) city, lots of people, so rural means low population, few people.
somehow → equals to magically,

In Germany, there was an famous opposum. Its name is Heidi. She's famous because her eyes, cross-eyed. Unfortunately, she died.
an opossum → /əpɑ:səm/ 负鼠

Heidi is famous all over the world for his slitly confused look.
→ Heidi wandered over the world for his slitly confused look.
→ 【边听边记】 forerver cute but slightly confused
Heidi wandered over the world forerver cute but slightly confused look.
→ 【边听边记】 for his forever - 【然后完善】 Heidi wandered over the world for his forerver cute but slightly confused look.
Heidi wandered over 【won】 the world 【over】 for 【with】 his 【her】 forerver cute but slightly confused look.
Heidi won the world over with her forever cute but slightly confused look.
look → here the same as expression,such as sad expression, happy expression, also (the same) as appearance. look 在这里等同于 expression 和 appearance,表情
expression → 表述,如 won something over is an expression.
dizzy → 晕眩的
It's a tricky one. →
Heidi won the world over(↘) with her forever cute (↗) but slightly confused look(↘).
